For this project, I was hired by a company, Clevvur, to develop a chatbot with numerous features that can be integrated into any website and customized. This chatbot is designed for cannabis retail stores and uses ChatGPT for conversations, Klaviyo to connect to a newsletter system, BLAZE/Treez to fetch store products, and Front to enable communication with a real agent.
Many features were added, such as a product recommendation system designed to suggest products based on the customer’s preferences and experience level. A dashboard was also created to allow store owners to customize the chatbot.
